Kopas and Speirs Draw
The first fight was a very good one to start of the evening fight card. The debuting Tommy Speirs from Prince George BC did well for his first pro fight against the more experienced Kopas 4-5 from Saskatoon. There were... many great exchanges throughout which had Kopas cut under his right eye in the second round. Speirs showed some good skills but Kopas was the warrior and gave a little better than he got. 39-37(Kopas), 38-38, 38-38 Draw.
